The COS cheer and dance teams are hosting a cheer and dance clinic on February 3rd for ages 5-14.

This clinic is an opportunity for young dancers and cheerleaders to experience the excitement of a college basketball game. Immediately following the clinic, the COS cheerleaders and dancers will perform during halftime at the COS men’s basketball game against Columbia College. If you know someone who may be interested in this clinic, the online registration is closed, but they are taking a limited amount of walk-ups on February 3rd.

The doors will open at noon in the Potwisha Building room 101 Dance Studio. The clinic starts at 12:30 and runs until 2:30 p.m. with the halftime performance following at 3 p.m.

Those who participate in the clinic will learn the basics of dance including motions, jumps, and a dance routine. Participants will also receive a commemorative Spirit Day t-shirt and an entrance to the game.

Make sure to come out and support the COS basketball team and your favorite little performers and show them some Giant school spirit.
