When things get rough, it is easy to keep to ourselves in order to not burden the people we love with our troubles. However, what if COS had a solution for you?

COS offers a peer-to-peer service to help struggling students. “Let’s Talk” is a free support service offered that provides confidential conversations that are led by trained peer mentors. These mentors are here to help release the energy that is holding you back from being your best self.

Look for the peer-to-peer table set up on the Tulare and Visalia campuses. They are set up at the Tulare campus on Tuesdays and at the Visalia campus on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Not able to make it to campus? “Let’s Talk” offers a Zoom service on Fridays. Appointments are 30 minutes and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You do not want to miss out on this benefit! Your mental health is crucial to being a successful student.

For more information on how to schedule an appointment, visit https://www.cos.edu/en-us/Health-Services/Pages/Let’s-Talk.aspx
