The College of the Sequoias Men’s baseball team lost their last game of the season. The Fresno City Rams beat them 30-0 on Thursday afternoon.
The Giants had already faced the Rams in February and were swept in a three-game series. Up until Thursday’s loss, their biggest loss was in game three against the Rams in that February series, 25-11.
The Rams put at least one or more runs on the board each inning, hitting countless home runs, sacrifice flies, singles, doubles, a triple, and even a grand slam. The Giants struggled in every aspect. The Rams were able to get hits and put the ball into play and continued to score off the Giants little mistakes.
The Giants went through seven pitchers and took out most of their starting players, and still struggled to put the ball into play.
The Giants ended the season 18-22. For all upcoming sporting events at COS, go to https://cosgiants.com/landing/index
