Precious Hernandez is currently in her second semester here at College of the Sequoias, where she is majoring in business. She is exploring finance and the marketing side of business. Precious is also passionate about media and communications, which she hopes to connect with her career path. This is her first semester with the Campus Journal and she is excited and hopes to gain valuable experiences along the way.

Precious was raised in Selma, California, but later moved to Visalia during the COVID-19 pandemic while attending high school.  This transition played a significant role in shaping her goals and personal growth. She plans to transfer from COS to a four-year university to receive her bachelor’s degree. She aims to live in Southern California, where she hopes to gain connections and grow as a person. As for her hobbies, she enjoys going to the gym, Bible study, building legos, and hanging out with friends
