“Hell no,” said student Angela Ruiz after being asked if she would get the COVID vaccine. 

On a social media poll conducted by The Campus News, in which 50 students participated, the majority voted they would not get the COVID vaccine.  

39 students, 79%, voted that they would refuse to get a vaccine. The other 11 students voted in favor of it.

Ruiz says she is opposed to being an experiment for the United States. “I don’t want to be part of another economic scam, and get a vaccine that isn’t necessary.” she said. 

Researchers everywhere are rushing to develop a vaccine that could prevent COVID which are being tracked by the World Health Organization.
