How To Stay Healthy During The Pandemic

People are starting to get lazy because of the worldwide pandemic, possibly because all of the gyms and many of the small businesses are closed. There are ways you can stay healthy on your own, but you can do have to put in a little time and effort.

A drink that you might consider making at home is an apple cider vinegar tea. Apple cider vinegar has numerous health benefits: it helps digestion, decreases acid reflex, improves blood sugar levels, improves metabolism, and can decrease bloating.

How to make this simple tea!

Mix-

  •  A mug of hot water
  • 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Add a squirt of lemon
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • A spoon full of Honey (Or as much as you want)
  • You can also add a dash of cayenne, I like it because it helps open your respiratory system if you have allergies or you’re sick!

Some great fruits and veggies you should consider adding into your meals to help boost your immunity are citruses which are full of vitamin C like oranges, red or green bell peppers, broccoli, and any other greens.

Broccoli is full of vitamins A, C, and E, but when you’re cooking your vegetables you want to make sure you don’t overcook them because you lose a lot of nutrients when you cook them, so you should try and eat them raw.

Things like ginger, turmeric, almonds, spinach, kiwi will all help keep your immune system strong and healthy so you can fight off any virus you may get.

These are difficult times, but that doesn’t mean you can’t maintain your health.
