Submissions

A select few creative projects will be proofread and published on the site. All majors are welcome to send in their work and no journalism experience is required. All work will be kept anonymous unless otherwise specified.

To submit, please make sure your idea or story fits every point listed below.

• Pitch us your creative writing at [email protected]. Your pitch should include a short summary of your project and a related photo (if applicable).
• Short story pitches should be anywhere from 200-500 words. Other than that, word counts are flexible. Students who pitch may be given edits depending on the project.
• The Campus Newspaper will not visit any links or download PDFs or Word documents so only write in the space provided by your email.
• All email submissions should be titled “The Campus Submissions” or it’s possible that we may not see it.

Please remember we are not accepting any news suggestions currently. Only send in creative writing projects. If you’re interested in news writing, reach out to the staff!
