The Halloween Season Is Here: A Cheat Sheet To All Things Spooky

Happy Halloween! October has rolled around and everyone who loves the holiday is gearing up for a mid-pandemic spooky season!

Beginning on October 1st all things scary and spooky are rolling on TV and here are some ways to watch:

Freeform is airing their 31 days of Halloween movies, Disney+ has all of the Disney Channel original movies open to watch, HULU is airing their “Huluween”, Netflix has tons of spooky options, and countless other channels on regular tv have started airing movies from the likes of Scream to Friday the 13th to Annabelle and will do so throughout the entire month.

As for stores, Target and Michaels are selling their decorations quickly with Michaels almost completely sold out of their stock already having a 40-50% off sale including all of their Halloween interior and exterior house decorations. Spirit Halloween and Party City, however, are both open and stocked with all of the halloween decor and costumes one could dream of.

On the flip side of at home fun, if you are looking for something to go out and do, the Vossler Farms Pumpkin Patch is back again for year 21 with a dragon maze this time around. This year however, hours for Vossler Farms Pumpkin Patch And Maze differ and can be seen on their website.

Hobbs Grove is also open just outside of Sanger offering only their Haunted Forest along with concessions and shops. Unfortunately, tickets are not available at the door and their Haunted House and Hayride are closed due to COVID restrictions. Their hours are Friday-Sunday starting October 9th from 6-midnight.

Stay safe with what you decide to do this spooky season.
