Amazing home remedies and preventions can prevent sickness this flu season. In the old days people were able to live off of no medication, all without any of the things used today. Even today, just living a healthy lifestyle will help the body take care of itself.

Fast food, and junk food is going to decreases the body’s immunity. Giving it the nutrients it needs will help build immunity and help the body to overcome sickness faster.

Foods such as garlic, onion, and ginger are all seen to help to boost the immune system. Adding lots of superfoods into everyday diet. Foods like kale, spinach, berries, green tea, beans, eggs, nuts & seeds, turmeric (root), salmon, and avocados are all foods that can give the body the necessary vitamins needed.

Although people are lazy and yes, it is easier to go out and buy food that is already made, the fast food and frozen food that lack basic nutrients. Making food at home, or prepped nutrient filled meals in advance, will make it easier for the body to avoid the flu this season.
