Starbucks Hiring Event

Starbucks will be having a hiring event on Thursday, Oct. 3rd from 8a.m-12p.m., put on by Career Services.

The event will be hosted upstairs, in the Giant Forest building on the Visalia Campus.

The first 100 applicants at the event will be pre-screened and will be given a mini-interview that day.

Your application must be completed before Thursday, and a hard copy of your resume must be in hand the day of the event.

On Friday, Oct. 4th, only candidates who were pre screened on Thursday and met requirements will be given a scheduled interview and time to return on Friday.

Starbucks will accept 100 applicants, but only a potential 25 will be hired.

Starbucks is looking to hire new Baristas and Shift Supervisors.

Baristas are the face of Starbucks, having to interact with customers every time they walk in the store. Known as Starbucks Partners, they play a key role in the company. As well as hand crafting the perfect drinks and connecting with customers on a personal level.

Shift Supervisors create a positive work place environment for their peers and customers. They run shifts, lead the store, and make decisions that have impact on a larger scale.
