Are you an incoming Senior or you’re just wanting to try something new? The College of the Sequoias Cheer team will be holding tryouts April 25th at 5pm. The COS Cheer Team is a year-long commitment that comes with a varying set of expectations.
To be eligible, participants must be full-time COS students, maintain both a semester and cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher, and commit to attending all team events and practices.
Tryouts will begin Friday April 25th in the Potwisha 101 Dance Room. Check-in/Open floor will start at 4:30, while tryout session 1 will begin at 5. The first session will consist of stunting, tumbling, and material review. Tryouts will continue Saturday April 26th at 9am, where tryout session two will begin. Teams will be announced via email by 7pm the same day.
