At the heart of our community, where fields meet classrooms, local students are learning how to sow the seeds of tomorrow’s sustainable agriculture at the College of Sequoias Tulare campus.
There are plenty of opportunities for students enrolled at the Tulare campus. The AG program and AG classes give students a chance to learn about farming. For example, at COS Tulare there are classes in AG ED, Ag business, Ag Econ, Ag business, Vet tech, and meat evaluation. These classes help prepare students for future careers in the Ag field. The classes give students a hands-on approach to learning about agriculture and farm animals.
Josue Perez, a student taking ag courses at COS Tulare says, “One of my favorite things about this campus would have to be the Farm.”
