Did you know that College of the Sequoias has an Art Gallery? It’s located in Kaweah building room 214 on the Visalia Campus. At the gallery, the art program presents art works that students have created that are also sold. This is held during fall and spring semesters as one-month exhibitions. The gallery is open on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays by appointment. You may have seen some art pieces in the library as well. There is also an art exhibition in the Visalia campus library in the Lodgepole building. This exhibition is held year-round for four months.
This semester students Lijun Chao and Andy Holliday’s art pieces were presented and shown in the COS Art Gallery. The exhibition is coming to its closing for this semester; it’s your last chance to see our students work when the gallery closes Friday, September 26th, 2025. Don’t worry though, if you missed out on this art exhibition there’s another opportunity, starting Tuesday October 7th through Friday, November 21st, when the Art Gallery presents Perpetual Shifts: works by Steven L. Anderson, Cori Champagne, Chenhung Chen, and Liz Ensz.
