This week, College of the Sequoias is hosting it’s 9th Annual Job Fair on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Giants will be able to browse all sorts of jobs including seasonal positions, part-time, full-time, internships and volunteer opportunities. For those looking for either a full-time job to build experience or a part-time job to earn a little spending money, make sure to RSVP for the event. A full list of employers who will be attending the event will be provided with COS students who register.

Unable to make it to the Job Fair? Not a problem as COS also offers a ton of resources for people looking for jobs. If clothing is an issue, check out Giant Threads for a free and professional outfit to nail that interview. Giant Threads offers appointments on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

COS Career Services also offers resume workshops for those wanting to bulk up their resumes. The next resume workshop will be held this Tuesday, September 16th from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Transfer & Career Center on the Visalia campus. Career Services also offers mock interviews for folks who deal with interview anxiety. The next mock interview will be on Friday, September 26th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Sequoia Building in Room 9.
